Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We understand that life can get hectic, and your schedule may change unexpectedly. That's why we offer flexible scheduling options designed to accommodate your busy life.

If you ever need to cancel or reschedule a tutoring session, no worries! You can make changes up to 24 hours before your appointment without any fees. Just log into your account and easily manage your appointments by selecting the 'manage your appointments' option. Your convenience is our priority!

Cancellations/rescheduling within 24 hours before your appointment:

We totally get that unexpected things can pop up within 24 hours of your appointment. If you find yourself needing to cancel or reschedule during this time, we want to keep it as hassle-free as possible, but there will be a small fee.

 

    Late Cancellation Fee (24 hours or less): $60

    Late Rescheduling Fee (24 hours or less): $30

LATE AND NO-SHOW POLICY

Late grace period: 15 minutes. The 60-minute long session runs from the start of the scheduled time.

We understand that sometimes things happen; you may still log into your session within 15 minutes of the scheduled starting time with the understanding that the session will end at the scheduled time. For example, if your session was scheduled for 4 pm and you log in 5 minutes late, your session will still end at 5 pm.

No-show: After 15 minutes from the start of the scheduled time, the session will be canceled, and it is considered a no-show. At that time, the online room will be closed, and there will be no reimbursement.

On rare occasions, the tutor may need to cancel or reschedule a session. The tutor will contact you to find an agreeable time to reschedule the session. If there is no available time (both parties), a full refund for the cost of the session will be issued.
